Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At MA Designer, every item is made on demand — printed and produced specifically for your order. This made-to-order model means there’s no excess inventory and no waste, but it also shapes how returns and refunds work. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Because production begins shortly after your order is verified, the window to cancel is short.
- Before production begins: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund, usually within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production begins: Once your item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or changed, as it is being made specifically for you.
To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at m95131517@gmail.com with your order number.
Made-to-Order Items
Because each product is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before ordering to choose the right fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Email m95131517@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
You won’t be asked to pay return shipping for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Sizing & Fit Issues
Since items are made to order, we’re unable to offer free exchanges for sizing. Please use our Size Guide before purchasing. If you’re unsure, reach out before ordering and we’ll help you find the right fit.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process and appear on your statement.
- We’ll email you to confirm once your refund has been issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
To set clear expectations, refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please check the Size Guide)
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs
- Orders cancelled after production has begun
